Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS (EU West region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We retain newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

What personal data does MauritiusOffers collect?
We collect only what is necessary to run the platform. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. If you submit a deal, we store the business contact details you provide. We also collect anonymised analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics, and anonymised click and view counts on deals. We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.
Does MauritiusOffers sell or share my personal data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your email address is used solely to send you the MauritiusOffers newsletter if you subscribed. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised before any reporting. The only third-party tools with access to usage data are Google Analytics (for site metrics) and Google AdSense (for advertising). Both are governed by Google's privacy policy.
How do I unsubscribe from the MauritiusOffers newsletter?
Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our mailing list immediately — no confirmation required. You can also email privacy@mauritiusoffers.com with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you manually within 24 hours. We do not send any further marketing emails once you have unsubscribed.
